The economy of Bangladesh is highly dependent on the agricultural sector. The contribution on employment and to the GDP of the country, easily establish the sector's dominant presence in the economy. The proposed business plan in this report, attempts to exploit the scopes of the agro-sector and approaches for integration of agro-prospects with the current Labaid operations and enhance profitability of the Group. For this purpose, the study has worked with two projects and made a detailed forecasts on their respective cash flows. The study made a financial feasibility analysis through three most popular capital budgeting tools - net present value, internal rate of return and discounted payback period and the results are found to be in favor of the projects. In the later parts of the business plan, the study approached for identifying the value additions and made an evaluation on the future prospects of the proposed business plan.
